New Playstation 3 Commercial

What is shown in this commercial is Metal Gear Solid 4, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, and LittleBigPlanet. Reminds me of an early PlayStation commercial. Could it be the same guy from this early ps1 commercial, well he does have an english (british) accent.
